If you are feeling down or anxious extra help for your mental wellbeing is available across Wales, online and over the phone. These resources are safe, free and you don't need a referral. See the links below:
SilverCloud is an online course which offers support for anxiety, depression, and much more, all based on Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT). Anyone aged 16 or over can sign up at: https://nhswales.silvercloudhealth.com/signup/

The dietitian can help you to improve your health and wellbeing, as well as support you to maintain the weight you lose. By losing weight you can improve your health, emotional well being and decrease the risk of diabetes and heart disease.
Do you like the sound of developing skills in menu planning, calorie counting and ways to overcome emotional links with food?
Losing weight is different for each individual but you don’t have to go it alone. When the time is right for you, this service is here to help you make manageable lifelong changes in a way which is most suitable for you.

Appointments will be held at your GP Practice and your Body Mass Index (BMI) must be above 30kg/m2
