We are now taking bookings for our flu clinics

Further clinics will be advised in the very near future.

Flu clinic Notes

Please note: The main car park will be closed to patients, as this will be our patient waiting area. We have spoken with Monmouthshire County Council and have arranged for you to be able to park in any of the local car parks FREE as long as you put the enclosed notice in the window of your car.

As usual the appointments will be very short to enable us to vaccinate a high volume of our eligible patients. We plan to have a one way system in place to help with flow; we will have ushers in attendance to help guide people.

Please read through the guidance below regarding this year’s flu clinic:

  • Please attend at the given time; it is essential you do not arrive early or late.
  • Please wear appropriate clothing so that the vaccine can be given in your upper arm easily.
  • It is essential that you wear a 3-layer face covering to attend your appointment.
  • Do not attend if you or a close contact has symptoms or have had recent contact with suspected/confirmed case of COVID-19.
  • Please come alone unless you need the support of a carer.
  • You may be expected to stand in a queue for a short time, which will be outside. If you are not able to do so, please let us know.
  • Please do not bring unnecessary bags etc.
  • Please be aware the toilet facilities will not be available.
  • Please understand the clinics are for flu vaccination only so please do not ask for other advice during your appointment.
  • Entrance and exits will be different from usual.
